Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client\xe2\x80\x99s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
Maintaining quality control procedures
Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
Assessing and minimizing risk

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree,
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
