Purpose of Position
Manage, onsite supervision and oversee activities at a specific site or location. This includes ensuring the safety, client MSOP is being followed.
Key Tasks
Conduct onsite inspection and assessment of outer packing/crate/cargo condition at assigned project locations.
Attend onsite crate/cargo wrapping and stuffing operations to gather data (checklists) and photos. Operation timing may be scheduled at night or during weekends and public holidays.
Upload data and photos to the system within 24 hours.
Make reasonable efforts to ensure the risks associated with the specified operation are minimized, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ensure operations comply with agreed procedures (MSOP).
Verify that materials used by vendors conform to material certifications.
Conduct quarterly audits with assigned vendors performing the tasks.
Be prepared to work across different warehouse locations depending on project allocation while based primarily at Kallang Way.

• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
• Possess literacy in MS Office
• Project and time management / time allocation and organizational skills
• Strong planning, analytical, customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
