Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in co-ordination with consultants on change order issued and liaise closing with the Quantity Surveyor by providing necessary supporting documents on the change order
- Manage the transmission of documents and drawings to the client and subcontractor to ensure the updated drawings are issued
- Mange procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage
- Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
- Prepare daily and monthly progress report, perform and maintain inspection record
- Any other duties assigned
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Recognized Degree by BCA/PEB) or Degree in Construction Management
- With relevant working experience in construction industry
- Self-motivated and independent with interpersonal skill
- Working location: Aljunied (Around Singapore, depends on project location)
- Working hours: 5.5 Working days per week, 8AM - 6PM (Full 6 days per week for the first 6 months employment)
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
