We are seeking dedicated

QS Engineers (Quantity Surveyors)

to join our team for a large-scale commercial new build project. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

Managing project cost control, measurement, and valuation Preparing and reviewing tender documents, contracts, and progress claims Coordinating with M&E subcontractors and project teams Ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standards
Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in M&E / Mechanical Engineering Prefer 3 years of relevant experience in an M&E subcontractor environment Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project execution
