We\'re looking for Client Connect SRE to grow with our development squads building a virtual bank from scratch using cloud native technologies. We\'re a fast-growing team solving exciting problems and delivering high quality products in small, interdisciplinary teams using Agile as our core methodology. We\'re applying the learnings from Google, Twitter and Netflix to build the next generation of banking.

The Role Responsibility:
To provide day-to-day production support for the Client Connect users
Identify root cause, corrective, improvement action, and track improvement action until
closure in compliance with the bank standards.
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders
Able to take ownership of issues and follow through to closure.
Ability to provide continuous improvement initiatives and automating recurring tasks to
reduce toil
Work effectively in collaboration with different teams either local or remote.
To develop monitoring tools/alerts to for proactive actions
To communicate effectively and work efficiently with a group of people supporting both
functional/technical areas
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC (application delivery)
Assist application teams in setting up SLI, SLO and Error budget for the system/s
Participate in Blameless Incident Retrospectives and follow up on action items
Work with application teams for Observability, automating monitoring and auto-
remediation of known issues.
Requirement:
Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Application. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Must-have Madarin communication
Good Technical & Troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail with focus on understanding the issues
Hands-on Experience in writing SQL queries for troubleshooting issues and issue analysis
Hands-on Experience in one or more of the following: Java Script, Java and Python.
Hands-on Experience with one of more of ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics, Kibana
Hands-on Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release strategies
Familiar with environment maintenance tasks like patching (OS, database)
Experience in cloud-based technology and container-based platform
Ability to multi-task and possess good communication skills
Interest in new technology tools and the ability to learn
