Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to team members.
Prepare HSES plan for site activities and management.
Prepare training material and conduct safety inductions and orientations for contractors.
Ensures safety documents and issues work permits to contractors in collaboration with Project Engineer and operation.
Ensures that site works have proper safety documents and follow correct safety procedures, conduct toolbox meetings and ensure site safety procedures are followed.
Contribute suggestions to mitigate recurrences of incidents and accidents.
Follow Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) when responding to emergency situations.
Maintains site safe and clean working environment by enforcing internal procedures, rules, and regulations.
Comply with Air Liquide safety regulations and SOP.
Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Proficient in Risk assessment (RA) and Method of Statement (MOM) methodology.
