What you'll do
Coordinate daily site activities to keep projects moving smoothly
Manage labour, materials, and equipment to avoid delays or waste
Supervise subcontractors and uphold quality workmanship every day
Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and procedures
Liaise with engineers, clients, and main contractors to resolve issues quickly
Track progress, highlight risks, and keep all parties informed
Prepare for inspections and assist in seamless project handovers
What we're looking for
Hands-on supervisory experience in electrical/M&E, experience in BCA L6 / L5 graded Electrical Engineering
A practical problem-solver who can adapt quickly on the ground
Clear communicator who keeps teams aligned and clients reassured
Safety-conscious and quality-driven mindset
Reliable, proactive, and confident working independently on-site
