Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress.
• Ensure safe work environment on site
• Supervise all works, including Civil and architectural works, road works and utility diversion
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by operations.
• Work closely with the client, Main-contractor.
• Supervision of construction / Process Plant Cvill works and handle coordination works at sites and ensured targeted completion dates are met.
• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors on the project related matters
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, and contract requirements, including drawings and specifications.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
• Monitoring resources on site and ensuring that sufficiency, availability and performance are aligned with the schedule.
• Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.
  

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience in Process Plant maintenance or Project work - Jurong Island
• At least 5 Year(s) of Process Plant field experience in a supervisor role with hands-on.
• A motivated individual who is able to work independently.
• Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor
• Working at Height Course for Supervisor is advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry or Process Industry.
• Able to work on the weekend.
• Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork.
• Good working attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Have to work based on worksite situation either day or night.
• Being able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantages.
