Summary :


6 days a week Office Hour Jurong East UP to $4,000
Job Scope :


Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure construction activities comply with project plans and timelines. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve site issues. Prepare daily site progress reports and submit updates to management. Manage manpower allocation and ensure optimal utilization of resources. Verify and approve materials delivered on-site according to project specifications. Attend site meetings and provide input on work schedules and technical matters. Identify potential delays or risks and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedule. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities, inspections, and incidents.
