Job Description
Responsibilities * Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work * To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers * To work closely with other s Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the materials timely To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship Responsible for attendance to daily site coordination meeting with sub-contractors Attend the daily tool box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work Identify, rectification and handling over of defects after completion. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Others or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good technical knowledge in current construction technologies Good understanding of general construction methods in building and structural details (working drawings) Good verbal and written communication skills
