Site Supervisor (rebar Supervisor)

Job Description
& Requirements
1. At least 2 years' experience at rebar works.
2. Must be able to lead a team of 20 workers and above.
3. Must be able to work under hot sun.
4. Require carrying heavy construction materials as and when needed.
5. Familiar with Construction drawings and AutoCAD software.
6. Daily manpower arrangement.
7. Daily work order to individual teams with quantity assigned.
8. Internal Daily coordination with other trades such as formworks & concrete.
9. External Daily coordination with a Main contractor or other sub-contractors.
10. Liaise with the Main contractor to solve any technical issues.
11. Daily full-time supervision for the team
a. Coordinate job scopes for Chinese and NTS workers. Ensure workers are all in a safe working manner.
b. Ensure workers follow Safe Working Procedure.
c. Rectify for any non-compliance.
12. Prepare daily records.
13. Prepare and submit monthly manpower records, work done description with quantity to project management.
