OverviewElement has an opportunity for a Test Technician to join our rapidly expanding team.As a member of the operations team, the Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. The technician positions must be proficient in a number of core business skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.Responsibilities

• Reports to assigned project team and operation coordinator
• Follow arrangement in carry out borehole drilling activities in safe manner; and able to complete given task within permitted working hours
• Maintain and protect the drilling equipment diligently, follow instruction in carry out adhoc work such as help out in digging manual trialpit, instruments installation
• Implementation of the highest practicable standards of Health, Safety and Environmental Performance and maintenance of the Management Systems to ensure compliance with appropriate International Standards
• Follow business management system and corporate compliance procedure

Skills / Qualifications

• Min 5 years of working experience in operating geotechnical drilling rig
• Experience in LTA project will be an advantage
• Competent in operating A Frame, Hanjin, CPT rig
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Results driven and highly motivated and able to deliver and meeting deadline, under pressured
