Job Description

We are locally owned property developer with more than thirty years in developing, managing and operating properties. We are seeking for dynamic, positive, and resourceful individuals to join our challenging and dynamic group.

Responsibilities:

Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works) Must be able to handle & supervise sub-contractors, suppliers and direct workers Assist Project Manager in handling the daily operations/activities on site Any other job site adhoc matters

Requirements:

Relevant Qualification Preferable with at least 3 years experience in similar capacity
