Duties and Responsibility
Develop short term daily plan to execute the site work.
Ensure the work is executed in accordance with the Permit to Work and work procedure.
Ensure work area is accessible, material, tools, manpower and equipment has been arranged before work commence.
Review and report the work progress and consult Site Engineer for action to be taken.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Strong oral communication skills
Able to understand of drawing and method statement.
Must be a team player and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Good time management skills.
Sound understanding of work execution in relation to methodology, timeframes, productivity.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a high-pressure / EPCM environment.
Background, Experience
3 years work as project site supervisor.
Experience in working as project site supervisor in commercial / residential / plant / civil work.
Competency of using digital tools in site operation
Pass skill test by BCA
able to communicate with english and mandarin speaking associates
Can read Chinese documents and write Chinese
