As the Site Supply Chain Project Lead you will plan, lead and manage the delivery of supply chain key projects in order to achieve successful project completion, adhere to timeline, budget and scope requirements in a reliable, efficient and cost-effective matter, communicating regularly with stakeholders and meeting the Safety and Quality regulations and other regulatory standards. The scope of this role include but not limited to Warehouse/Logistics, Planning and Provisioning and Master Data related activities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Project Delivery

  • Define and maintain project plan, including approach, scope, tasks, duration, work effort, dependencies, budget, planning assumptions, risk profile, team structuring, staffing, resource allocation and deliverable definitions
  • Establish the project execution schedules, allocate resources and provide direction for project team personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget
  • Define relevant key project measures to ensure successful delivery of the project
  • Anticipate and resolve issues and risks and escalate promptly unresolved issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize activities.
  • Prepare and lead regular project team meetings to review and drive project progress, problem solve, manage risks and provide update to key stakeholders
  • Prepare/review procedures and conduct relevant training to ensure that the updated documents are in place and in use in the activities
  • Acts as a supply chain primary point of contact for designated projects
  • Manage production planning/scheduling, material provisioning, inbound delivery, outbound shipment and distribution of materials to ensure that material requisitions and deliveries for all operational areas are met
  • Ensure area master data is accurate and updated at all times
  • Achieve harmonization of good quality SAP master data for cross-functional areas
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to understand the current ways of working and identify continuous improvement opportunities for new ways of working
Compliance Lead Lead the team to comply with the following Quality Standards
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team to investigate and close deviations on time
  • Propose relevant CAPA to resolve the issues
  • Timely escalation of quality risks so that they can be assessed
  • Put into practice “I see it, I say it, We solve it”
  • Co-ordinate and manage change controls
Safety standards
  • Ensure safe and secure operations in work area
  • Identify with staff on potential issue or risk and lead a team to resolve
  • Support and facilitate audits and follow-up on action items
  • Responsible for the safety of the team
  • Put into practice “I see it, I say it, We solve it”
  • Local regulatory requirements for permits and licenses for incoming and outgoing shipments, including application, maintenance and documentation
  • IATA requirements (e.g. shipment of dangerous goods). Act as competent personnel to provide guidance on dangerous goods (DG) transportation. Ensure DG cargo pack for shipment and transportation comply to local and IATA requirements.
Team Management
  • Manage, develop and motivate staff to help realize individual’s potential to contribute to achieving the objectives of the department
  • Manpower planning in an optimal manner to support project needs on a timely basis
  • Ensure engagement, discipline and well-being of team members are well-managed
  • Conduct regular employee performance and development sessions and ensure proper follow-up to achieve objectives
  • Perform gembas to engage the team and to understand issues
  • Establish training matrix in compliance with procedures and job requirements
  • Ensure trainings are completed promptly.
Decision Making Proposal and Recommendation
  • Propose and recommend strategies and plans and procedures by identifying problems and anticipating requirements
  • Propose and recommend improvement initiatives in relevant areas of work
  • Recommend training and development plan for team members
  • Propose annual department budget

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Professional Work Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience and proven track record
  • Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management/Science discipline with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
  • At least 4 years experience in Project Management lead role
Technical Skills
  • Project Management experience in a supply chain related role (planning, scheduling, material provisioning, logistics and master data)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong in MS Office software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
  • Good experience in documenting and designing business processes • Good knowledge of cGMP and safety matters
Business Skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and influence positive results.
  • Good leadership, organization, project management, problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Agile, analytical and logical thinking
  • Be able to see the big picture and understand how all the pieces of the supply chain fit together.
