Job Description

Responsibilities :- - To supervise & ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings & specifications - To inspect & ensure that the ACMV installation works are executed within acceptable st Responsibilities :- - To supervise & ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings & specifications - To inspect & ensure that the ACMV installation works are executed within acceptable standard of workmanship - To monitor the installation progress as well as coordination with Client, Consultants & vendors to ensure efficient & timely delivery of assignment - Prepare & submit site progress reports & other necessary project documentation - Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims & variation orders where required - Responsible for testing & commissioning of ACMV systems - Attend safety, technical & daily site progress meetings - Conduct site inspection with relevant parties to resolve technical/site issues - Ensure timely handover of project - Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary Requirements :- - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - Min.2 years of working experience in construction industry - Having experience in Wafer fab or pharmaceutical will be an added advantage - In-depth knowledge of project management principles - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors - Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
