What the role is:
This role is required to develop, review and implement programme evaluation framework in the organisation to strengthen the feedback loop between resourcing and outcomes. There is also a need to support the transformation of the organisation through automation and digitalisation.
What you will be working on:

• Conduct financial analysis to provide value-added insights for decision making and accelerate transformation o Analyse data through the use of appropriate analytical tools and techniques, such as simulation, forecasting, modelling, market research, benchmarking to uncover issues and propose solutions o Review and streamline processes through design and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) o Identify opportunities for improvement through transforming, streamlining and digitalising processes o Develop, review and implement programme evaluation framework in MOM Family o Conduct evaluation of programmes, and monitor follow-up of recommendations and learning points o Build up programme evaluation capabilities in MOM o Present initiatives and outcomes to senior management

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in Accounting or Business Administration with at least two years of relevant experience in finance/budget-related areas is preferred o Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector financing and governance is preferred o Experience in data analytics and RPA is advantageous o Possess critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills o Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels o Highly motivated with positive working attitude o Able to work independently and in a team PWDs are welcome to apply
