Your primary duties will include:

Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries and needs related to smart home and IoT technologies.

Product Demonstration: Demonstrate and promote cutting-edge smart home and IoT products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

Personalized Recommendations: Utilize your expertise to recommend personalized smart home and IoT solutions based on customers\' requirements and preferences.

Product Presentations: Conduct captivating product presentations to educate customers on the latest innovations in smart living, helping them make informed choices.

Problem-Solving: Approach customer inquiries and issues with a customer-centric mindset, proactively solving problems related to smart home and IoT integration.

Flexibility: Embrace flexibility and adaptability to cater to various smart home and IoT needs, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Requirements:

Adaptability: Be adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment, staying current with market trends in smart home and IoT technologies.

Sales Drive: Demonstrate self-discipline and ambition to meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Tech-Savvy: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart home and IoT products and technologies.

Training: Fresh candidates are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.

Commitment Period:

• 1-year Contract: The initial commitment period is 1 year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

Location:

• Vivo City

Schedule:

• 44 Hours/Week: This includes working on weekends and public holidays based on a rotational roster.

Working Hours:

• 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM: With a one-hour break to recharge.

Monthly Salary (Up to $5,400):

• Basic Salary: $2,700
• Incentives: Up to $2,700, based on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
