Join our Smart Shop team as a Coordinator to support daily operations, coordinate purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure smooth communication with both internal teams and China counterparts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders for timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, resolve order discrepancies, and track delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and communications.
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Nitec, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of relevant working experience advantageous.
Strong learning attitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin; able to liaise with China counterparts.
