We are currently looking for SMARTPHONE TECHNICIAN (DIRECT HIRE)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for fault diagnosis and maintenance of mobile phones
Have a strong maintenance skill
More than one year working experience mobile phone service center
Accurately documented repairs and parts information on repair tracking document/work orders and in point of aftersales tracking system
Provide answer to clients by identifying problems researching answers guiding clients through corrective steps
Performed high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic device such as smartphone
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Ensuring unit meets all assembly and quality criteria to achieve high customer satisfaction
Talk clients through a series of action either via phone, email or chat, until they've solve a technical issue
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Refer to internal database or external resource to provide accurate tech solutions
Performed other duties as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of any 4 year course, Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering /Technical Secondary school, (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or any 4 year course.
At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication / Sales-Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
