• Use the SEO tools to perform the regular site audit to check on the overall performance and identify the opportunities to improve online\'s SEO.

SEO Research

• Work with Marcom to understand the communication plan and the key focus to plan the keywords and meta tags for SEO on the new campaigns
• Work with eMarketing team to understand the focus area and improve the keywords strategy plan.
• Align with Marcom team on the SEM (search engine marketing) plan to leverage on the synergy to bring up the page ranking.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge and information on the search algorithm update and new SEO methodologies.

SEO Implementation

• Implement the keywords, meta tags and other SEO enhancement via CMS(Content management system) interface
• Schedule and follow up on the technical enhancement with online squad for more SEO friendly implementation.

Tracking

• Build the success matrices and work with data team to measure the traffic before and after implementation.
• Co-relate the traffic and sales result with SEO implementation.
• Adjust the implementation plan based on the result.
• Build the SEO dashboard to identify more opportunities.

Skills for Success:

• At least 1 year of SEO implementation
• At least 2 years of web master/configuration support
• Rich knowledge on SEO
• Strong knowledge on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Understanding knowledge of online technology
• Good understanding on the eCommerce and online business
• Good inter-personal skills for collaborations
