Snr Executive/ Assistant Manager (engrg Lift, Escalator & Interpretive Media)
Job Description
:
As a Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Engineering), you will work with a team to oversee the operations and maintenance of all lifts, escalators and Interpretive Medias in Gardens by the Bay. You will perform efficient system recovery and fault rectification to minimize disruption to visitors\xe2\x80\x99 experience and will also be entrusted to carry out contract and vendor management for the various system contracts. This includes the preparation of quotation and tender documents and drives procurement processes. You will also lead cyclical parts replacement and improvement projects to the systems to increase its availability and reliability as part of a proactive maintenance regime.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4 years of experience in managing lift and escalator systems in large scale building preferably in theme parks and attractions
- Knowledge of basic digital signal processing, amplifiers, show controllers such as Medialon and Real Time Development Platform such as Unity will be an advantage
- Able to work on at night, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Meticulous and possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
