What the role is:You will be involved in the development of the Performing Arts landscape in Singapore, with a focus on dance and traditional arts sectors.What you will be working on:Support the Dance and Traditional Arts team, and also work with Executives from other Performing Arts teams to:Prepare Letters of Offer to General Grant recipients;Process disbursements for all grant recipients;Monitor and track grant recipients\' projects;Set up meetings for Arts Fund Committee;Close grant applications for Arts Fund;Process disbursements for all Arts Fund recipients;Request for tickets to performances by grant recipients; andProcess payments to vendors (for procurements).\xe2\x80\x8bSupport Head Of Department in management of:Calendar (setting up meetings); andClaims.What we are looking for:Diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.Possess competencies such as grants management/claims administration, communication skills and project timeline management.Detailed, meticulous, systematic and thorough.Applicants who require work passes need not apply.About National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
