Job Scope:
- Process invoices.
- Attend to enquiries regarding claim applications.
- Raise journal for error correction, fund transfer and inter department billing.
- Process payroll claims.
- Fixed asset management.
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Liaise and follow up on procurement related duties in the department.
- Handle purchase of office supplies including request for quotation and approval.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Location: Kent Ridge
- Minimum Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant finance experience.
- Able to start work immediately.
- On-job training is provided.
