To manage Admin, Compliance and Building Services of 1NN and 1NE.
Scope
To provide administration supports services for the office, sales and DCFM operations of 1NN or 1NE.
To ensure compliances of the 1-Net operations for internal and external audits and certifications.
To plan and manage the required building services in compliance to landlord and government statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
Office Administration
Coordinate with relevant work teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements
Accurately maintain statutory registers and ensure that filing obligations are met within statutory deadlines
To keep abreast of statutory changes, update central records accordingly, and present relevant documentation for signatures.
Create and maintain SOPs governing corporate administration
Review and update procedures, processes and workflows to align with MediaCorp
Sales Admin Support
Work with MediaCorp Finance and CSC to manage invoicing and accounts receivables.
Management of all billing related matters including verifying billable status for service requests.
Management and filling of customer contracts to ensure all contracts are up to date and make available for retrieval when required.
Ensure timely compilation and submission of monthly billing reports to Sales, Services owners and MediaCorp finance.
Ensure accuracy in billing at every stages before posting.
DCFM Administration Support
Work with MediaCorp Procurement to manage vendor contracts and procurements.
Ensure vendor contracts are regularly reviewed, updated and renewed.
Provide administrative support to all departments for matters related to procurement.
Work with procurement and service owners as well as legal for vendor contract extension
Raise Purchase Requisite and approval paper for Management approval with regards to lease and rooftop renewal at Viva Business Park.
Governance & Compliance
Drive & Lead all Certifications & Audits for ISO22301(BCMS), ISO27001 (ISMS), ISO9001(QMS), OSPAR, PCI-DSS, Workplace Safety & Health, etc.
Developed Standard Operating Procedures and Business Processes for Office Operation.
Manage auditing of the UK ISMS, BCMS & Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with business requirements. Reporting issues to management if any
Ensuring the effective management, monitoring and reporting of an effective Security and BCM audit program including managing external audits.
Provide Security and BCM training and support to Operations teams to ensure consistent standards across all sites.

Requirements
5 year in managing the Admin operations
3 years in office and certifications works
Diploma/Degree in Office Administration or related studies.
10 years in office and certification operations
1 year in building services operations
