[What the role is]
The successful candidate will complement Environmental Health Institute\xe2\x80\x99s (EHI) existing expertise in medical entomology and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of laboratory and field researchers to develop an innovative biosurveillance and control programme for non-mosquito biting arthropods.
[What you will be working on]
This work will contribute to the overall understanding of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s biting arthropods biodiversity and guide the development of public health intervention plans to support operational decision-making in controlling these biting arthropods in Singapore. As a member of the EHI family, you will have numerous opportunities for personal development, not only in science, but also in other areas such as leadership, management, and communication. You will also support other research projects undertaken at EHI, which will contribute towards improving public health. You are also expected to publish research findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
