Our client is in the interior designing industry, specializes in customized interior design and furniture products.
Responsibilities:
Providing and end-to-end seamless customer journey from welcoming them to the stores, understand and offer a total solution proposition on both product and services to meet customers\' needs
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
Participate in offsite events and exhibitions to handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
Customer and service-oriented candidates who are passionate in furniture products
No prior relevant experience is required so long keen to learn sales and products (Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for more Senior position)
Ability to understand customer requirement and identify potential solution to fulfil requirement
Detailed and meticulous
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working on weekends and public holiday
