Job Scope:
- Arranging and co-ordinating of shipment based on sales orders requirements
- Preparing the necessary import/export documentations in compliance with shipment requirements and processes
- Verify freight invoices and maintain proper filling of shipping related documents.
- Perform billing on a timely basis.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- To & fro company transport provided at Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands and Bishan.
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation.
- Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage.
