Assistant Executive (Customer Service, Business Centre)
Responsibilities:
Attend to guests\' needs including general office functions or clerical support such as photocopying, printing and data entry. Other general attendant work to upkeep the Business Centre.
Provide admin/logistic support to the Corporate Marketing team in the development and management of customer event publicity e.g. screensaver, posters, survey, festive ecards and corporate gifts.
Man the Business Centre and ensure the dining area, meeting room, offices are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Assist guest(s) with clerical support including escorting visitors from guard house to the Business Centre when required.
Keep proper documentation/record for all F&B and amenities including overalls, safety gears for customers.
Perform other supporting functions as delegated by the manager.
Requirements:
ITE or Diploma in guest management, marketing, hospitality, PR, business and etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Possess good administrative skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good attitude, team player and customer oriented
Able to work independently under pressure and adapt to changes
