YOUR NEW JOB

As a SOAR Post-Sales Engineer, you'll support channel partners and enterprise customers across the full post-sales lifecycle--from deployment to optimization--ensuring successful onboarding and operational use of SOAR platforms. You'll lead implementation, troubleshoot issues, enable partner success, and act as a trusted technical advisor on automation and orchestration in the cybersecurity stack.


This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, within a regional fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Deploy, configure, and integrate SOAR platforms across on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments Support partners with enablement sessions, workshops, knowledge transfers, and labs Troubleshoot complex SOAR implementations and act as the technical escalation point Design and optimize SOAR playbooks based on customer use cases and security workflows Advise on best practices for integrating SOAR with SIEM, EDR, threat intel, and other tools Create documentation such as deployment guides, runbooks, and troubleshooting references Provide product feedback and escalate issues to vendor teams where necessary Keep current on cybersecurity trends, SOAR capabilities, and integration opportunities

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

3-5 years of cybersecurity

engineering experience, with

1-2 years in SOAR or automation

Hands-on experience with

SOAR tools

(e.g., Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, FortiSOAR, IBM Resilient) Strong understanding of

SIEM, EDR, threat intel, firewalls

, and related security platforms Scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) and API integration know-how Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST) Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills CAT 2 Clearance Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with partners, vendors, and internal teams

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

SOAR or security platform certifications (e.g., Cortex XSOAR Engineer, Splunk Admin) Experience in a distributor, system integrator (SI), or MSSP environment Exposure to SOC operations and incident response workflows * Comfortable delivering technical workshops and partner training
