Execution of social media channels for our client F&B’s brands
Liaising with designer on social media templates to develop artwork for posting
Developing a social media plan and content strategy that shall be vetted by the Marketing Manager, with posts to be published once every 2 days by the Marketing Intern
Setting targets for social media followers and coming up with related strategies to drive engagements, in particular, to the restaurants
Advocating the brand(s) in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
Tracking and monitoring allocated budgets for digital boost internally
Executing basic photography and videos for social media channels, and liaising with external vendors for special events
Management of influencer marketing campaigns for social media
Developing a list of key opinion leaders and influencers that shall be approved by the Marketing Manager which are in sync with the brand’s values
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a Social Media strategy to ensure distinctiveness in creative direction for each outlet, yet cohesiveness in overall brand voice
Working with the Marketing Intern to develop bi-weekly reports for the Marketing Manager in relation to key performance indicators for social media / PR agency reach
Research and reputation management
Auditing competitors’ online and social media efforts as well as general market research to ensure that the brand is up-to-date with all F&B trends
Identifying and keeping up-to-date with F&B and design trends
Tracking of positive and negative feedback for all of F&B’s brands for monthly evaluation by the marketing team for reporting to management
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, with at least 2 years of prior experience in a marketing role
Capable of working in a fast paced environment and has the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong proficiency in English, with strong copy vetting and writing skills
Open-minded with a keen sense of taste and deep passion for the F&B industry
Familiarity with all leading Social Media Platforms a willingness to go beyond to learn about other latest tools for engagement on social media
Good eye for social media visuals and a proactive self-starter with demonstrable knowledge in social analytics tools knowledge (e.g. SEO, Google Analytics, YouTube and Facebook statistics)
Results-driven, capable of setting achieving targets and desirous of meeting company goals successfully
