Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide support to our Producers and AV Producers, assisting with day-to-day scheduling and production coordination. Bridge communications between internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to handling administrative tasks such as folder and task upkeep, go-betweens (Department to Department), and collating, handing over, or updating on WIPs. Facilitates internal end-to-end production timelines, ensuring effective exchange of information and assets across different time zones. Proven experience in using organisational tools and spreadsheets like Google Sheets and AirTable. Experience in social best practices, including channel specific creative formats and the latest strategies and report channel performance is a strong plus. Problem solving production issues when they arise, escalating to Producers and AV Producers if necessary.

Requirements:



Diploma / BA/BS in related field Minimum 2 years of working experience Strong command of English Proficiency in Japanese - verbal and written - is a strong plus, especially if certified JLPT Level N1 Proficient in the Google ecosystem (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc) * Organised, self-motivated, and a team player with good time management.
