:

Content Creation:

Develop, create, and schedule engaging and relevant social media content across company's website and all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & LinkedIn, adapting content to suit different channels Create engaging short videos & take beauty shot of products for social media management and content creation Craft content for mailers and advertisements. (Print and email) Create digital assets such as web graphics, banners, and layouts to enhance our online presence and user engagement. Assist in creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.

Online sales activities:

Responsible for online sales activities (preparation of quotations & invoices follow up on email enquiries and provide after sales service) Maintaining the company's e-commerce sites (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee),including participating in Lazada & Shopee sales campaigns and managing them

Strategy Development:

Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with industry trends to inform strategy adjustments & produce fresh ideas. Collaborate closely with the SEO & SEM team to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall digital marketing goals Contribute ideas to the design of user-friendly, visually appealing web interfaces.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates).

Community Management:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers, build community relationships, and encourage user-generated content.

Brand Advocacy:

Upholds the company's brand and ensure consistency of brand image across all channels of communications Doing of catalog & technical specifications for new products

Qualifications & Skills Required

Diploma in Arts / Design / Visual Communications or equivalent, fresh graduate are welcome Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing & Adobe Photoshop/ Canva for photo editing Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of Word, Excel and Power point Basic business admin background Good communication and presentation skills A strong sense of design aesthetics & possesses a creative flair and have passion in Design Basic social media marketing knowledge Meticulous, with a strong sense of urgency and good time management skills. Takes initiative and driven to learn Strong copywriting Social media savvy

Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,300.00 per month
