• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content to foster a strong brand presence and customer loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to suggest new ways to engage our audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
