Job Description

As a Social Media Manager at Lemi, you will be working alongside the company's Business Development Team to increase brand awareness, formulate and drive social media strategy, write captions, and improve marketing efforts by planning and implementing strategic and effective social media campaigns.What to expect from the role

  • Hands-on experience in creating innovative campaigns to engage with the public and media

  • Exposure to the field of social media and its various responsibilities.
What you will do
  • Responsible for all communications on social media
  • Create innovative and engaging social media contents
  • Keep up with media media and audience opinions regularly
  • Maintain the company's social media presence
  • Create and carry out strategic plans tailor-fit for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Source photos and videos for posting and write engaging captions
  • Define important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each platform
  • Interact with the Lemi community
  • Establish partnerships with professionals and individuals through social media to build the company's network
  • Keep Facebook and Instagram followers engaged by replying to posts and comments
  • Convert social media followers into Lemi app users
  • Know the mobile application inside and out to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve targets
  • Collaborate with PR and Marketing, Product Development, Content, and Visuals Teams to manage and oversee execution from concept to delivery
  • Manage and oversee execution from concept to delivery
  • Measure the success of every campaign and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Create social media reports and present to executive team
  • Perform other tasks may be assigned by the immediate superior
What you need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field
  • Must have your own PC/Laptop (Windows 10,Core i5, 8GB at least)
  • Stable internet connection at home
  • Able to work full time from 9AM-6PM
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Refined taste in content and visuals and a great eye for detail
  • Great time management and organization skills
  • Work ethic and integrity aligned with international standards
It would be cool if you...
  • Have previous experience in managing social media platforms
  • Have professional experience in public relations and marketing
  • Create several lists on Lemi before your interview!
