You will manage our social media accounts, create high-quality content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals and financial industry trends.
• Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and informative content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to our financial audience.
• Platform Management: Oversee all company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a sense of community and trust around our brand.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote financial products, services, webinars, and events.
• Compliance: Ensure all social media content complies with financial regulations and company policies.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices within the financial industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, compliance, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Paid Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:Candidates must be at least 21 years old and must possess at least:

• A full certificate in GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level,
• International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification,
• Diploma awarded by Polytechnic in Singapore,
• Or any other academic qualifications which is equivalent to the above qualifications.

Experience:

• Prior experience and background in managing social media accounts, preferably within the financial services industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in social media marketing.
