Job Purpose:

We are seeking a talented Social Media officer excited about events to join our team. You will be involved in managing our social media accounts and proposing content to engage with our audience. Having skills in customer service, copywriting, photography, and Canva would be a bonus.

s:

• Brainstorm, manage and propose content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Execute social media strategies that align with our marketing goals
• Create engaging and informative copy for social media posts and advertisements
• Monitor media platforms for customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns
• Staff should be comfortable to work beyond working hours and on weekends

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in social media management
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in photography and photo editing
• Experienced in using Canva or other graphic design tools
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passionate about social media and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
