We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Social Media Senior Executive - Asia to join our growing growth marketing team in Singapore. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise\xe2\x80\x99s mission , grow as a product leader and help save millions more people money. Your mission: Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world\xe2\x80\x99s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking . Your mission is to build a Wise presence across Asia from social media channels . Unlike other roles that focus primarily on brand building, we also use our social media channels to drive growth and generate new customers. As a result, the growth marketing team sits within the Performance Marketing Tribe. That makes this role pretty unique because on the one hand, you need to bring a high level of creativity to inspire our team and content to be the best they can be. On the other hand, you also need an analytical mind that\xe2\x80\x99s capable of spotting trends in your data and using insights to inform strategy. Also, as an essential member of the Regional Marketing tribe, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be asked to spot the new marketing opportunities leading to fast growth in Asia. Here\xe2\x80\x99s how you\xe2\x80\x99ll be contributing to Growth marketing:

• Generate new Wise customers, engagement and followers
• Plan and deliver quality content that present Wise brand, product and merit.
• Help Wise achieves the vision to create industry-leading social channels
• Develop a content plan in advance to ensure Wise meets content targets
• Be a guardian for quality, always aware of the legal, compliance and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Designer inhouse or outsourced to transform your ideas into masterpieces
• Measure your performance - know what works and why so your plans evolve with time
• Pair performance data with creative execution to build content that drives higher reach, engagement and clicks
• Bring a huge variety of creative ideas, validate them for yourself and seek feedback regularly

• Great enthusiasm for social media, a keen sense of trends, and a high degree of ability to execute plans
• Excellent copywriting ability and aesthetics, and great empathy for consumers
• Flexible and creative, good at interpreting products from different angles
• Significant autonomy, and self-motivation. Can set goals independently and convince relevant parties
• Have experience in operating social media, especially on some localised channels (such as WeChat, Weibo etc)
• Master Mandarin at a native level
