Multiplymii is in search of a Social Media Specialist who will be working with our client based in the US. Our client is an e-Commerce team that merges cutting-edge product development with data-driven digital marketing.Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.This role is 100% work from home.In this role, you will:

• Identify, outreach, and build relationships with influencers, customers, and industry experts
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users

• Post engaging text, image, and video content for Amazon page and social media platforms

• Minimum of 8 posts per day on Amazon store page to include social copy and product

• Monitor, track, and report feedback and online reviews

• Monitors discussions, respond in alignment with Brand guidelines

• Help with monthly reporting and analysis

• Assist brand growth through manually following and growing social media accounts

• Coordinate with Leadership and Strategy teams to align engagement activities/campaigns/promotions and email marketing

• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists

• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and competitor analysis

• Stay up-to-date with trending hashtags, current events, and hot topics

Core qualifications:

• Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Social Media VA, or equivalent
• Experienced in Instagram analytics and outreach to users for product testing
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• Experienced in social media marketing for Amazon products is a major plus.
• Practical knowledge of web traffic metrics
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Experienced in Canva and photo editing/formatting
• Knowledge of online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver
