Job Summary: The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for administering the social media accounts including creating original text, managing posts, and responding to followers. The specialist will manage the company's image in a cohesive way to achieve the marketing goals and is expected to be updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.Job Responsibilities:

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on performance
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media accounts' design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 1 year related role/work experience but not required.
