Job Description

As a social media strategist, you should be able to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way while doing a lot of different things well. We'd like to add you to our team if you can think of creative ways to show off our brand through different social media channels.In the end, you should be able to make sure that our company's website fits with our marketing plans.Responsibilities:

  • Create social media plans to achieve your marketing goals.
  • Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content. Take care of all of the company's social media accounts, making sure the content is always up-to-date. Work with writers and designers to make sure the content is informative and interesting.
  • Work with the marketing and product development teams to get people talking about new products.
  • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize chats and Q&A sessions).
  • Make weekly and monthly reports on website traffic and return on investment.
  • Keep an eye on SEO and user engagement, and suggest ways to improve content.
  • Talk to professionals in your field on social media to build a strong network.
  • Train internal teams to create and maintain a social media strategy that works well together.
  • Keep up with new digital technologies and the best ways to use social media.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a social media strategist or manager.
  • Hands-on experience with using social media to spread the word about a brand.
  • Knowing about SEO and how to measure web traffic
  • Being able to figure out what your audience wants and make content for them.
  • Knowledge of how to build and publish a website.
  • Strong skills in writing and talking to people.
  • Expert proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has a neutral or American accent.
Work Terms:
  • Work On-site: Angeles City, Pampanga
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week)
