Summary:
- 6 days work week
- Full time or contract available
- Location: Upper Thomson Road
- Support the physical, emotional, emotional needs and psychological wellbeing of residents
- Organize and motivate residents to follow rules and to participate in activities and tasks
- Assess residents' dynamics and provide prompt feedback to management about residents' dynamics
- Inculcate daily living skills to inspire residents towards responsible care of themselves
- Explore teachable moments to cultivate positive values and knowledge in the residents
- Monitor premise to ensure physical safety
- Complete necessary records for eg. residents' movement, medicine intake, visitor log, incident reports etc.
- N/O levels or Diploma
- Willingness to adopt a flexible approach
