Job Description

:

• Engage key community stakeholders to coordinate and implement mental health programmes.
• Conduct analysis, develop and implement mental health programmes and services to meet the needs and trends of the community
• Plan, coordinate, execute and evaluate on-going programmes and services, including outreach, on-site/online public education
• Provide case management services from assessment, case management and closure as well as maintain proper and up-to-date case documentation
• Coordinate with other professionals and mobilise community resources for service delivery
• Attend to enquiries and provide Information and referral services
• For experienced candidates, to provide supervision to junior social workers/caseworkers
• Upkeep programme data, records, and documentation
• Prepare and submit periodic reports for key stakeholders
• Provide supervision for volunteers and interns
• Involve in organizational level projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Social Work
• Candidates from other fields (Psychology, Counselling, Community Work) will be considered as Social Work Executive
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Passion to work with seniors and caregivers
• Knowledge and experience in mental health sector will be advantageous
• High proficiency in written and spoken English with good facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with individuals and systems at multi-levels
• Good analytical and assessment skills
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills
