Maintain relevant documentation and programme statistics in accordance with the Company's standards of practice . Conduct groupwork for parents and youths . Develop professional and engaged relationship with key service stakeholders (e.g. schools, law enforcement agencies, MSF, doctors, nurses, counsellors, Family Service Centres (FSCs), Homes, etc.) . Participate in task groups to further support and meet department's strategic plans . Engage in community work through the implementation of appropriate community-based programmes . Participate in Practice Research Evaluation processes to improve current work processes . Undertake any other work responsibility assigned by supervisor or HOD Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: - Degree in Social Work - Able to work with various formal systems and conduct case conferences Core Competencies: - Passion to work with children, youths and their families - Conversant in English and a second language - A good team player and with good written and interpersonal skills Preferred achievements / characteristics: - Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work - Good analytical skills Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
