The Admin Executive provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of pest control services. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing customer appointments, preparing service documents, and maintaining accurate records for NEA compliance. The Admin Executive also assists with inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and basic accounts administration such as invoicing and expense claims. In addition, the role supports customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and service reminders, ensuring a professional and responsive client experience.
Technician scheduling, appointment booking, and job card preparation.
Customer service support including complaint handling, follow-up calls, and service reminder notices.
Documentation management: service contracts, quotations, invoices, and NEA compliance records.
Inventory management of chemicals, PPE, and service equipment.
Vendor coordination and support for bulk service jobs, training sessions, and NEA audits.
* Basic accounts support: preparing invoices, chasing payments, reconciling petty cash, and processing claims.
