Job Description
Design, implement, and maintain Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems to support automated production processes.
Integrate software applications with manufacturing equipment, MES, and ERP systems for seamless data flow.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stable and efficient production operations.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and IT teams to optimize system performance and workflow efficiency.
Conduct system testing, validation, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
Analyze production data to identify improvements in automation, quality, and throughput.
Provide technical support, training, and user documentation for CIM systems.
Manage projects involving system upgrades, integration, and deployment of new manufacturing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation processes, and industrial equipment integration. Programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java, or .NET) and experience with SQL/Oracle databases. Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP systems, and factory automation tools are advantage but not necessary. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or production environments. Good project management, communication, and documentation abilities. * Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
