JOB SCOPE Summary of Job Responsibilities At Marina Bay Sands, the primary responsibility of the Software Development Manager is to manage the software development factory. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the development factory and scale the development
• Assist project teams in the design and lead the implementation of new solutions based on business requirements and IT strategies
• Ensure the implementation is documented
• Work closely with the program management office (PMO) to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered
• Coordinate the work packages with internal and 3rd party developers
• Analyse enterprise business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements
• Work closely with the Business Architecture team and the Head of Solution Architecture
• Analyse the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement
• Design and direct the project teams to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and guidelines
• Coordinate solution architecture implementation and modification activities
• Ensure the system is Unit and System tested and aligned to the business and non-functional requirements
• Adhere to SDLC, and Project Governance internal and regulatory (Sarbanes Oxley & Casino Regulatory Authority) guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

• 12+ years software development experience
• Experience in .Net technology and Web Technology.
• Experience in managing development teams
• Experience in agile processes
• Experienced in translating architecture to implementation
• Familiar with secure coding practices
• Knowledge of SQL Server Database
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Performs leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of solutions by the project teams
