Install and Maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in networking and contact center settings.
Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards.
Support network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
Assist customers in patch updates, printing and submitting reports.
Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters.
Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
Develop application for contact centre.
Requirements
Diploma / NITEC in IT and above or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SDLC Project Delivery, Spring & Agile Methodology is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
