Job Description

We are hiring a technically focused Software Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle PaaS solutions. This role centers around supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Finance modules through scalable integrations, automation, and cloud-native extensions.


The position requires hands-on development and operations across Oracle SaaS and PaaS platforms, with a strong emphasis on finance-related processes and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VBCS), Process Cloud (PCS), and App Composer. You will be part of a fast-paced team supporting enterprise-grade cloud financial systems for a highly regulated BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion Financials - Technical Implementation & Support Provide technical support and enhancements across Fusion Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, and Expenses Manage workflows, SLA rules, approvals, and finance period configurations Participate in quarterly patch testing, regression validations, and issue resolution with Oracle SRs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Interface & Process Integrations Develop, deploy, and manage integrations using OIC including REST/SOAP APIs, ERP adapters, app-driven orchestrations, and scheduled flows Implement integrations with external systems (e.g. payment gateways, treasury systems, vendor platforms) Apply advanced error handling, logging, and monitoring within integration flows PaaS Extensions - Visual Builder (VBCS), Process Cloud (PCS), App Composer Build custom finance-centric applications in VBCS with secure UI and backend logic Design workflows in PCS for use cases like invoice approvals, purchase order workflows, and journal routing Customize Fusion objects using App Composer, applying business rules and validations via Groovy Financial Data Management & Reporting Design BI Publisher and OTBI reports for real-time financial data reporting and audit compliance Manage FBDI, ADFDI, HSDL, HDL data upload templates for bulk transaction processing Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts to analyze and validate finance transactions and data integrity Platform Automation & DevOps Integration Automate deployment and version control of OIC and PaaS solutions using Git and CI/CD pipelines Schedule automated reconciliation jobs and reporting scripts for finance operations Monitor performance, error trends, and system metrics using Oracle Observability tools and APM systems

Technical Skill Requirements:

Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Expenses) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - REST/SOAP APIs, Orchestrations, Adapters Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), App Composer BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, HSDL SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting Git, Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools Understanding of core finance business flows: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), General Ledger, Asset Lifecycle Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security and user/role management

Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in BFSI or similar high-compliance environments Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Observability and Monitoring Knowledge of bank integration APIs, digital invoicing, or finance automation platforms * Agile mindset and ability to troubleshoot end-to-end finance issues from technical and functional perspectives
