Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial and controlling processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize FICO modules -- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing (CO-PC).
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Conduct system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and support data migration and cutover activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.
• Collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams to implement enhancements, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Participate in global rollouts, upgrade projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality documentation including Functional Specifications, Configuration Guides, and End-User Training materials.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, AA) and management accounting concepts (CO-PA, COPC, CCA, PCA).
• Solid integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PS modules.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
