Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze financial and controlling processes, identify gaps, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Configure and customize FICO modules -- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing (CO-PC).
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Conduct system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and support data migration and cutover activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.
Collaborate with ABAP and Basis teams to implement enhancements, performance tuning, and system optimization.
Participate in global rollouts, upgrade projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver high-quality documentation including Functional Specifications, Configuration Guides, and End-User Training materials.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
Proven track record of at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations
Strong understanding of financial accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, AA) and management accounting concepts (CO-PA, COPC, CCA, PCA).
Solid integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PS modules.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, global environment.
